Blagovesta Borcheva

Blagovesta Borcheva is a state expert in the “Inclusive Education” Directorate at the Ministry of Education and Science. She is responsible for organizing and coordinating activities related to the provision of general and additional support for the personal development of children and students. Borcheva is involved in the development and implementation of the state educational standard for inclusive education.

She holds a master’s degree in “Special Pedagogy,” as well as master’s degrees in Speech Therapy and “Clinical and Counseling Psychology” from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” Her professional experience includes work as a school counselor in several schools in Sofia, a special education teacher, and the director of the 112th Special Kindergarten in Boyana.
