Jelena Kondratjeva 

Lena Kondratjeva is a certified speech-language pathologist with a passion for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Before joining Tobii Dynavox she specialized in providing AAC services for children and young adults with diverse communication needs in rehabilitation settings. Since 2019, Lena has contributed to the education of future speech and language pathologists as an instructor for the AAC course at Riga Stradiņš University in Latvia. Currently, as an International Trainer at Tobii Dynavox, she is dedicated to raising AAC awareness and developing skills across Eastern and Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Lena is committed to empowering individuals to communicate effectively and fostering inclusive environments where every voice can be heard. every voice can be heard.
