Pavlina Deskova

Pavlina Deskova holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Veliko Tarnovo University “Sts. Cyril and Methodius,” a Master’s degree in Special Education with a specialization in Auditory-Verbal Rehabilitation from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” and a Master’s degree in Law from Veliko Tarnovo University “Sts. Cyril and Methodius.” She is a member of the National AAC Team for Bulgaria.

As a psychologist at the Center for Special Educational Support “P.R. Slaveykov” in Pleven, she works with children and students with multiple disabilities, utilizing and applying various AAC tools, eye-gaze technology, the Montessori method, Dark Sensory Room interventions, and methods involving toys from the “Toy Library,” among others. She enjoys implementing innovative educational practices within the fields of science, psychology, and special education.
